A new Panda Algorithm was released named Panda 4.0. Panda 4.0 update effects 7.5% of english queries to a degree as it is made to target spammy queries.
It is not same as other Google Spam algorithm 2.0 or any penguin. Google rather than confirming start rolling updates.
